1. There's parking available right infront of the Hotel (There're many parking spots so not to worry) 2. There's a small lift but it's good, fits well. 3. Cleanliness overall its good. 4. The suite was spacious, my kids loved the jacuzzi. Bed was clean. I requested extra pillows and they sent it immediately. 5. There's hot water but you gotta wait awhile for it. Not a problem actually. Understandable, it's centralised. 6. Surrounding area is a food haven. Basically everything is just within walking distance. 7. Staffs are friendly. Answered my all questions. 8. Very easy and short time check in and out. 9. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. 10. Affordable 11. Suitable for family with kids. 12. There're towels and basic toiletries. 13. Iron and ironing board available 14. Mini fridge and a sink in their little pantry. I hope this helps for those who needs a thorough review of this Hotel. This sure is added to my favourite list. Thank you Avantgarde Hotel, keep up the good work.

The towels provided are well wrapped in plastic bag, which is good, though the towels are a bit old. The location is great for lots of good food and entertainment. Overall, it is value for money.

The location is strategic and surrounded by eateries and a mall [got Aeon big supermarket on the top floor] within short walking distance. There are 2 pharmacies nearby. It is easy to call for Grab car at the location. A bit heavy traffic during peak hours.
