Avantgarde Hotel

1. There's parking available right infront of the Hotel (There're many parking spots so not to worry) 2. There's a small lift but it's good, fits well. 3. Cleanliness overall its good. 4. The suite was spacious, my kids loved the jacuzzi. Bed was clean. I requested extra pillows and they sent it immediately. 5. There's hot water but you gotta wait awhile for it. Not a problem actually. Understandable, it's centralised. 6. Surrounding area is a food haven. Basically everything is just within walking distance. 7. Staffs are friendly. Answered my all questions. 8. Very easy and short time check in and out. 9. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. 10. Affordable 11. Suitable for family with kids. 12. There're towels and basic toiletries. 13. Iron and ironing board available 14. Mini fridge and a sink in their little pantry. I hope this helps for those who needs a thorough review of this Hotel. The room is big enough for a family of four. The bathtub had massage function which is unusual for a budget hotel like this. The towels provided are well wrapped in plastic bag, which is good, though the towels are a bit old. The location is great for lots of good food and entertainment. Overall, it is value for money.

Booked superior suite with spa bath. Is a big room for family. Very good location, surrounding by many eateries and walking distance to Sutera Mall.

The service and the hotel is very clean and spacious!! I would highly recommend everyone to bring their families to stay here!!!
